• Early Access sign-ups: your name and email address when you join the waitlist.

• Pages visited and time spent on the site (via privacy-respecting analytics, if enabled).

We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell personal data.

• Notify you when ORO becomes available or when your early access status changes.
• Send product updates and announcements you have opted into.
• Respond to your questions and support requests.
• Understand how people use our website so we can improve it.

We will not use your email address for unrelated marketing without your explicit consent.

Once ORO Base and the ORO App are commercially available, those products will have their own dedicated privacy documentation. At a high level, data collected by the ORO Base station (pet behavioral observations, usage patterns) will be processed to provide the care insights the product is designed to deliver. We will publish full device privacy terms before any product ships.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share it only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: trusted third parties who help us operate the website or deliver communications (e.g., email delivery services), bound by confidentiality obligations.

We retain early access sign-up information until you request removal or until the waitlist program ends. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing contact@ogmenrobotics.com.
